Verify Henry County Supervision

Henry County parole and probation records can show whether a released person remains under Missouri supervision, but parole, probation, conditional release, and final discharge are different outcomes. To verify Henry County post-release supervision, start with the state corrections search, compare the assigned place and officer details, and then confirm the result with the assigned field office. A person may be out of prison yet still in legal custody on parole. Someone on probation may never have served a prison term. A missing search result also needs care because fully discharged people are excluded from the active state lookup.

Henry County Parole Versus Probation

Parole follows a release from a Missouri prison before the sentence has fully ended. Under RSMo § 217.690, a person on parole remains in the legal custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections and must follow Missouri Parole Board orders. Probation is a court-ordered period of community supervision. It may be imposed instead of prison or after a court suspends execution or imposition of a sentence. Both statuses can involve a MODOC field officer, yet their legal source and end point differ.

Conditional release is another post-prison status. It is a supervised part of a qualifying sentence under Missouri law, not proof that the whole sentence is complete. The active MODOC Offender Search may return probationers, parolees, and people on conditional release. A community assigned place or an officer telephone number is a strong clue that physical incarceration has ended while supervision remains active. It does not show a home address or guarantee that every status detail is public.

Verify Henry County Supervision

The MODOC Offender Search is the main public name lookup for active Missouri supervision. Its welcome page controls how a result should be read: the service covers active offenders, including probationers and parolees, but expressly excludes discharged offenders. That limit matters in Henry County. No result does not prove that a person never had MODOC supervision, that supervision ended on a certain date, or that no confidential or excluded record exists.

  1. Search the person’s first and last name. Try a known alias only when needed, complete the CAPTCHA, and avoid relying on name alone.
  2. Compare the DOC ID, birth date, physical identifiers, sentence details, offenses, and assigned location. A prison assignment points to current state incarceration, not community release.
  3. Look for a community assigned place and officer telephone. Those fields can support active Henry County parole, probation, or conditional-release supervision.
  4. Call the assigned field officer for current status. MODOC directs case-specific questions to the caseworker or field officer shown in the record.
  5. If the active search is negative, use the MODOC historical Sunshine database or request the existing discharge record. The nightly file includes people who are or have been supervised.
Important: A negative active search is not a final-discharge record. Fully discharged offenders are intentionally absent, so use the historical file and agency confirmation.

The broader Henry County release chain is explained on the Henry County released-inmates search. That route is useful when it is unclear whether the person left the county jail, entered MODOC custody, or began community supervision.

Henry County Supervision Office

MODOC’s public directory does not publish a verified county-to-district map assigning every Henry County case to one office. The record’s assigned officer and assigned location therefore control. The directory lists District 5S in Warrensburg as a nearby entry, but proximity alone does not prove assignment. Confirm the office on the individual MODOC record before directing status questions there.

The nearby directory entry is District 5S–Warrensburg, 505 N Ridgeview Suite D, Warrensburg, MO 64093, at 660-543-7920. Treat that as a directory lead only. MODOC Constituent Services at 573-526-2695 can help route a question when the active record does not clearly identify an office.

The agency source is the best starting point for current program scope, while the individual offender record remains the key to finding the correct field officer.

Henry County Parole Hearings

The Missouri Parole Board publishes rules, policy material, and time-to-hearing guidance. It does not publish a named monthly hearing calendar or a public decisions database. The dated Board Blue Book includes an Appendix A scheduling framework, but current statutes and the current Board page control if older policy language conflicts. A hearing date is also not a release date.

Missouri hearings usually occur at an institution or by video and are not general-public proceedings. The Board may set a presumptive parole date, deny parole and set a conditional or maximum release date, or deny parole and schedule another hearing. A presumptive date remains subject to good conduct, required programs, an acceptable release plan, sentence-time changes, and later Board review. The official parole-hearing process says results generally take about eight to twelve weeks.

The official process page provides the source context for the parole-hearing image below.

Henry County Supervision Warrants

Supervision conditions are case-specific. Common duties can include reporting, following travel limits, obeying court or Board orders, and completing required programs. A violation allegation does not itself prove revocation. Missouri uses a formal process to decide whether supervision continues, changes, or ends in a return to custody.

No official statewide, name-searchable absconder list was found. That absence should not be filled with guesses. MODOC’s Command Center works continuously for specified monitored or residential clients, investigates serious violations, issues warrants for failure to return, and coordinates apprehension. Under RSMo § 217.720, a probation and parole warrant may issue for an alleged parole or conditional-release violation. An unserved person can be deemed a fugitive, and arrest can return the person to designated custody pending the violation process.

Public detail can be sparse because probation and parole duty records have confidentiality limits under RSMo § 549.500. Verify active supervision through the MODOC record and assigned officer. Do not treat a missing public warrant entry as proof that no warrant or violation exists.

Ending Henry County Supervision

Supervision can end when the full term expires or when an authorized court, the Board, or the Division orders an early discharge. Earned compliance credit is one possible factor for an eligible person. Under RSMo § 217.703, an eligible person may receive a thirty-day reduction for each full compliant calendar month. Exclusions, suspensions, and rescission rules apply. Months involving absconder status, custody, a violation report, or pending revocation conditions may not count.

Earned compliance credit is not prison good time. It reduces qualifying post-release supervision, not the prison gate date. Claimed errors should go to the supervising officer, who can review the official calculation. A current search result may disappear after final discharge because the active MODOC search excludes discharged offenders.

For historical proof, use the MODOC Sunshine offender file and request the existing discharge record. The nightly file contains a Completed Flag and related assignment and sentence data, but it is working administrative data subject to agency accuracy warnings. A formal request can ask for the actual discharge date, supervision category, and responsible office. Parole Board records requests go to ParoleBoard.SunshineRequest@doc.mo.gov, subject to lawful confidentiality limits.

Early discharge needs the same source care. A court can control a probation discharge, while the Board or Division may control another form of supervision. The date on a private note, an expected credit total, or disappearance from the current search cannot replace that order. Ask the supervising officer which authority acted, when the discharge took effect, and which existing record states the result. If the question concerns a parole decision rather than final discharge, direct the record request to the Parole Board instead of the general offender-data custodian.

Henry County Release Records

A Henry County jail release and a MODOC parole release are different events. Henry County Jail records the person leaving county custody. MODOC records a prison release into parole or conditional release and the later end of supervision. A transfer from the county jail to MODOC is not a community release, even though the person left the local roster.

When the source is unclear, compare the Henry County Jail current roster with the booking and release record, Case.net, and MODOC. A county record can identify exact release time, release authority, and receiving agency if recorded. The Henry County Circuit Clerk can route a matching local case inquiry, but a court docket does not establish the exact jail-door time. The Henry County Sheriff remains the source for the physical county release, while MODOC answers whether active state custody or supervision followed.

For a MODOC record request, write to OD.SunshineRequest@doc.mo.gov and identify the DOC ID, sentence or cause, and the existing record sought. Ask for actual release or discharge date, category, current supervision status, and assigned office. This preserves the key distinction between physical release, active supervision, and final discharge.

MOVANS can add notice of a custody or supervision event, but it does not certify the parole or probation record. Missouri moved local-jail registrations to the current portal in 2026. An alert should be reconciled with the assigned officer, the Board decision, or the release record named above, especially when the person moved from Henry County Jail to a state institution.

Note: Verify the assigned field office from the person’s record because the public directory does not prove a Henry County district assignment.
