This privately owned site has no affiliation with any government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides consumer reports or FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.
Nature of the Site
Henry County Released Inmates is a private reference resource. It does not store official Henry County or Missouri records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request with an agency on a visitor’s behalf.
Links point toward jail, court, corrections, supervision, and release-record resources. Some links or search boxes connect to independent research services with their own terms.
Acceptable Use Rules
Visitors agree to use the site lawfully and without harming another person or the service. In particular, a visitor may not:
- Break a law or encourage an unlawful act.
- Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate.
- Use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.
- Operate bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools.
- Interfere with service availability for other visitors.
No Consumer Reports
Henry County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its partners do not provide screening services through this site. Information may not be used for:
- Hiring, promotion, discipline, or termination.
- Tenant selection or any housing decision.
- Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
- Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility when regulated by the FCRA.
- Any other purpose covered by consumer-reporting law.
Links to Other Services
Outbound links may lead to Sheriff and corrections pages, Missouri Chapter 610 records resources, courts, federal locators, legal resources, or independent search providers. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control an outside service’s content, privacy practices, availability, results, or fees, and visitors should review that service’s terms.
No Warranties
The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that information is accurate, complete, current, continuously available, free from errors or security weaknesses, or that a partner search will be thorough.
Custody and public-record information can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri Department of Corrections, a court, or another agency.
Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the site or an outside service.
User Indemnification
A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor’s use of the site or violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
Original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Henry County Released Inmates or the relevant content partner. They may not be copied, redistributed, altered, or republished without written permission, except as allowed by law.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted, and continued use after posting means acceptance of the revision.
Access May End
Access may be suspended, limited, or terminated at any time and without advance notice, including when use threatens the service or violates these terms.
Missouri Governing Law
Missouri law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Missouri. Missouri Chapter 610 governs public agencies’ handling of public records, while § 407.1150 addresses paid removal or correction of disseminated booking-photo and criminal-record information; neither law makes this private site the custodian of an official file.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay effective. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
